Job summary

Lettered L Food Services, Inc. is seeking an Area Representative to oversee day-to-day operations across outlets in the Laguna/Cabuyao area.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily with the Outlet Supervisors and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Engage with team members, suppliers and key clients to align on objectives and deliverables.
Develop and implement operational protocols to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Monitor area performance metrics and report progress toward goals.
Facilitate monthly audits, attend client meetings, conduct weekly site visits and develop opportunities for team members to improve skills.
Reports to the Operations Manager on daily operational concerns and client updates.
Submit weekly update reports and consolidate KPI results for monthly presentations.
Monitor outlet compliance to SOPs and ensure the required industry passing rate is met.
Evaluate Outlet Supervisors based on KPI results and leadership performance.
Coordinate with LLFSI departments to support day-to-day operations of each outlet.
