Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the assigned area.
• Lead, guide, and support employees to ensure efficient work performance.
• Monitor team performance and ensure that operational targets are achieved.
• Maintain professional and harmonious relationships with clients and team members.
• Conduct meetings, provide operational updates, and facilitate employee reorientation when necessary.
• Coordinate attendance records, Daily Time Records (DTR), payroll concerns, employee benefits, and other related matters with the appropriate departments.
• Monitor employee attendance, conduct, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
• Address operational issues and employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and submit accurate operational and performance reports.
• Ensure that staffing requirements are properly managed and maintained.
• Ensure consistent compliance with the client's Service-Level Agreement (SLA).
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by management.
