The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience in relevant industries, strong leadership and analytical skills, and willingness to travel regularly across South Luzon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail, service, hospitality, wellness, or related industries.
• Experience handling multiple branches preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales management, and operational management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout South Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across assigned locations.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of sales and KPIs.
• Conduct operational audits and site visits to maintain quality and service standards.
• Identify business opportunities and initiatives to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve operational and customer concerns through problem-solving and decision-making.
• Train, coach, and mentor Service Leaders to improve leadership and team performance.
• Prepare and present business performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with internal departments to support business initiatives and operational requirements.
• Champion a customer-centric culture and continuous improvement across locations.
