Job summary

Ditucalan Merchandising OPC is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the daily operations, sales performance, inventory, compliance and team management across assigned branches in Laguna, Philippines.

You will lead Branch Managers, drive target achievement, monitor stock levels, ensure proper cash handling, and coordinate with HR, Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to resolve issues while traveling between branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in area/branch management, retail, sales or operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Results-oriented and willing to travel across assigned branches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs.
• Drive branch sales performance and achievement of targets.
• Supervise and coach Branch Managers and branch teams.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, transfers and replenishment.
• Ensure proper cash handling, documentation, reporting and branch compliance.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular branch visits, inspections and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR, Sales, Marketing, CRP-Inventory, Logistics and Accounting to resolve operational concerns.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, manpower and branch performance.
