• Coordinate daily with the Outlet Supervisors and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with team members, suppliers and key clients to align on objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and implement operational protocols to enhance productivity and service delivery.
• Monitor area performance metrics and report progress toward goals.
• Facilitate monthly audits, attend client meetings, conduct weekly site visits and develop opportunities for team members to improve skills.
• Reports to the Operations Manager on daily operational concerns and client updates.
• Submit weekly update reports and consolidate KPI results for monthly presentations.
• Monitor outlet compliance to SOPs and ensure the required industry passing rate is met.
• Evaluate Outlet Supervisors based on KPI results and leadership performance.
• Coordinate with LLFSI departments to support day-to-day operations of each outlet.

ROLE OVERVIEW: As an Area Representative, you will play a critical role in over-seeing the day-to-day operations and ensure effective execution of programs within your designated area. The position requires deep organizational and analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various clients to foster a collaborative environment that promotes operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate daily with the Outlet Supervisors and logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient operations

• Engage with team members per assigned outlets, its suppliers and key clients to align on objectives and deliverables

• Develop and implement operational protocols to enhance productivity and service delivery

• Monitor area performance key metrics and report on its progress toward its goal

• Facilitate monthly audit, attend client meetings, perform site visits on a weekly basis and develop opportunities for team members to enhance skills performance

• Reports to the Operations Manager on a day-to-day basis regarding important operational concerns, programs, and meeting updates from clients

• Submit to the Operations Manager weekly update reports and consolidate KPI results for monthly Mancom Presentation

• Monitor outlet’s compliance to QAC and strictly implement Standard Operating Procedures to meet (if not) surpass the passing rate required in the industry

• Evaluate Outlet Supervisors based on their KPI results as well as their actual leadership skills performance essential to their role in the outlet

• Closely coordinate with all of LLFSI Department to establish strong support that would back-up the day-to-day Operations of each outlet.
