PM Consulting is seeking an Area Operations Manager – F&B to oversee the performance of multiple cafe locations in the National Capital Region. This on-site/field-based role focuses on driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and consistent food and beverage quality.

You will lead and develop Cafe Managers and store leaders, balance cost controls with guest satisfaction, and ensure adherence to company standards across locations. Regular travel to sites is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations, with exposure to multi-site or multi-branch management.
• Proven experience managing multiple store locations and leading Store Managers, Cafe Managers, or equivalent teams.
• Strong understanding of sales and profitability management, inventory control, labor costing, and operational performance.
• Experience in cafe, coffee shop, restaurant, or quick-service restaurant operations.
• Background in coffee operations and new store openings is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across assigned store locations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple cafes, ensuring consistent implementation of company policies, operating procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service delivery, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety across all locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Cafe Managers and store leaders to improve team performance, employee engagement, and operational accountability.
• Monitor labor costs, inventory levels, product wastage, cash handling, and controllable operating expenses.
• Promote a customer-centric culture, address guest concerns, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support new store openings, operational transitions, and the implementation of standardized operating procedures across locations.
• Cross-functional coordination with HR, Training, and other support teams to address staffing and development needs.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational assessments to identify improvements and drive targets.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Area Operations Manager – F&B to oversee the overall operations and business performance of multiple cafe locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining consistent food and beverage quality, and developing high-performing store teams.

This role requires a hands-on operations leader with strong multi-site management experience in the food and beverage industry, excellent business acumen, and the ability to balance operational excellence with people development and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Performance: Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned locations through effective business planning, sales initiatives, and regular performance monitoring.
• Multi-Site Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple cafes, ensuring consistent implementation of company policies, operating procedures, and service standards.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service delivery, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety across all locations.
• People Management: Lead, coach, and develop Cafe Managers and store leaders to improve team performance, employee engagement, and operational accountability.
• Financial Management: Monitor and manage labor costs, inventory levels, product wastage, cash handling, and controllable operating expenses.
• Customer Experience: Promote a customer-centric culture, address guest concerns, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Store Development: Support new store openings, operational transitions, and the implementation of standardized operating procedures across locations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Human Resources, Training, and other support teams to address staffing, employee development, and operational requirements.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular store visits and operational assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to achieve business targets.
