Job summary

Greenwich, a key brand under Jollibee Group, is seeking an Area Manager for Cebu to drive sales growth and uphold quality and people targets across restaurants in the Visayas.

You will lead area plans, oversee marketing campaigns, audit restaurants for cost controls, co-manage inventory and manpower with partners per ROS, and develop staff through a structured coaching plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Marketing, or any business-related course.
• At least three years of store operations management experience in QSR, retail, or similar industry.
• Willing to perform fieldwork within Visayas region (Cebu, Calbayog, Leyte) and be based in Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Oversee area marketing campaigns and channel initiatives.
• Audit restaurants for cost-control compliance and guide action plans for deviations.
• Co-manage inventory and manpower with Group Manager/Franchise Partners per ROS requirements.
• Create development plans based on competency assessment and monitor milestones.
• Facilitate monthly reviews of business performance with Group Manager to drive operational excellence.

Title: Area Manager (Cebu)

The Area Manager will direct the development of area-specific plans for sales and profit growth and achievement of quality and people targets of existing restaurants in alignment with district strategies. The role will also oversee consistent interpretation, implementation, and achievement of the plans and act as a consultant to Group Managers/Franchise Partners to maximize sales and profits and guide people, FSC, operations standards, and brand equity standards.

• Oversee the implementation of marketing (Brand campaigns and Trade promotion) & channel initiatives at the area level.
• Audit restaurants to check on compliance with cost-control standards, and guides the RMs in formulating their action plans for identified deviations.
• Co-manage FCPC and daily targets with Group Manager/Franchise Partners as anchored in the Restaurant Operating System (ROS) requirements for Inventory and Manpower Management.
• Create direct report development plan based on competency assessment and individual performance; implements/monitors the achievement of developmental objectives or milestones.
• Facilitate the monthly review and analysis of the business performance of the store/group of stores together with Group Manager to drive operational excellence and maximize sales.

Job Qualifications

• A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Marketing, or any business-related course.
• Must have at least three (3) years of store operations management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, or similar industry.
• Must be flexible in performing fieldwork within the Visayas region, such as in Cebu, Calbayog, and Leyte.
• Must be amenable to be based or assigned in Cebu.
