• Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience in field operations, trade marketing, or brand activations, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor on-ground campaigns.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Competence in basic business analysis, reporting, and use of productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Proven organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Capability to work on-site in Cebu, including regular field visits and oversight of regional activities.
• Experience in the marketing, advertising, or activations industry in the Philippines is highly beneficial.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as required by campaign schedules.
