Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an Area Manager for Butuan, Philippines, to lead the sales team onsite and drive performance in the territory. The role focuses on achieving sales volume targets and KPIs while maintaining good distributor relationships.

You will guide distributors to improve reach and coverage, formulate local trade programs, and develop key accounts. The position requires familiarity with the local area and a hands-on leader to analyze sell-in and sell-out and implement sales

Work Schedule: Mon - Sat: 7am - 4pm
