Harbour City Dimsum House Co., Inc. in Cebu City seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple store locations in person.

You will ensure consistent food quality, service standards, and drive sales while managing staff and compliance with company policies and food safety across sites. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in restaurant operations with multi-unit exposure, strong leadership, and willingness to travel between branches, plus experience in audits, inventory, cost control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in restaurant or food industry operations, with multi-unit management exposure.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve operational targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned locations.
• Experience in handling store audits, inventory, and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple branches and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management.
