Job Description

The role involves managing sales performance and operational oversight across assigned areas. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring trends, coordinating training, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Reports and Monitoring

• Coordinate with store heads to evaluate performance behavior and work relations of Area Supervisors.
• Provide objective evaluation on a semi-annual basis or as required by Immediate Supervisor.
• Assist and guide Area Supervisors in decision-making in coordination with the Immediate Superior.
• Submit detailed Weekly Area report.

Inventory Control

• Audit variance of area.
• Action point for store damages.
• Ensure no slow-moving items and overstock in outlets.
• Ensure on-time replenishments by maintaining no out-of-stock of fast-moving items.

Supervision

• Regularly monitor execution of operating procedures.
• Monitor compliance of Area Supervisors on required reports such as sales matrix, month-end store inventory, competitive price check, and all related documents.
• Conduct regular visits to all outlets to administer store audit ensuring SOPs are followed: no slow-moving items, proper documentation of bad orders, adherence to shelf planogram, proper implementation of Mass Display.
• Lead the set-up team for new and existing outlets to ensure proper store planogram.
• Support the Operations Manager in providing professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
