Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Leasing Area Manager in Bacolod to oversee leasing activities across multiple sites within the assigned area. The role focuses on driving occupancy and maximizing rental income through tenant acquisition and strong relationship management.

Responsibilities include negotiating lease terms, renewals, monitoring tenant performance, conducting market research, and building lasting partnerships with tenants and stakeholders. Onsite, Monday–Friday schedule, day shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in leasing, real estate, or property management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites or areas.
