Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations professional to manage area-level execution and drive performance across multiple IFCs. You will lead manpower planning, monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service levels, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or retail chain Operations.
• Strong operational and business acumen with KPI/SLA/ productivity/TAT/quality/cost experience.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
• Proven team leadership and manpower planning across multiple teams or sites.
• Vendor and stakeholder management for cross-functional execution.
• Root-cause analysis and implementation of sustainable process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills for high-volume operations.
• Amenable to travel anywhere within Northern Luzon.
