Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in the Philippines to oversee area-level operations across multiple IFCs. You will drive performance KPIs, ensure efficient resource allocation, and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and service quality.

The role requires strong data analysis, advanced Excel skills, and proven leadership across teams, with travel across NCR as needed to optimize operations and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or retail operations.
• Strong KPI, SLA, productivity, quality, and cost management.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
• Proven team leadership across multiple teams or sites.
• Vendor and stakeholder management with cross-functional execution.
• Root-cause analysis and sustainable process improvements.
• Willingness to travel within NCR.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor area-level operations, ensuring consistent execution, capacity, and performance across all assigned IFCs.
• Drive IFC performance and operational KPIs, identifying trends and actions to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
• Lead manpower planning and team productivity, ensuring optimal resource allocation aligned with business volume and operational requirements.
• Monitor SLA, TAT, productivity, and service quality, ensuring performance remains aligned with customer and business expectations.
• Analyse operational data and prepare MIS reports, providing actionable insights for performance reviews and business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations, timely execution, and resolution of critical dependencies.
• Identify operational gaps and drive corrective actions, ensuring timely closure, sustainable improvements, and prevention of recurring issues.

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
• Proven team leadership and manpower planning experience across multiple teams or operational sites.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume operations.
• Amenable to travel anywhere within NCR.
