Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC., owner of Shopee's regional operations, seeks an experienced Operations Lead to manage area-level processes and drive performance across IFCs. You will oversee manpower planning, monitor SLA/TAT, and deliver MIS insights for decision-making.

Travel within Northern Luzon is required as part of coordinating multi-site operations and ensuring on-time execution. Strong Excel, KPI, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or retail chain Operations.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
• Proven team leadership and manpower planning experience across multiple teams or sites.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management with cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor area-level operations, ensuring consistent execution, capacity, and performance across all assigned IFCs.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Requirements:

• Strong operational and business acumen with experience managing KPIs, SLAs, productivity, TAT, quality, and cost.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
• Proven team leadership and manpower planning experience across multiple teams or operational sites.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume operations.
• Amenable to travel anywhere within Northern Luzon.
