Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced operations professional to lead area-level execution within the Philippines. You will drive performance across multiple IFCs, optimize capacity, and ensure consistent service delivery to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include KPI and SLA governance, manpower planning, data-driven MIS reporting, and cross-functional coordination with vendors to resolve dependencies and close operational gaps with sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or retail operations.
• Strong analytics and ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, productivity, TAT, quality, and cost.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor area-level operations, ensuring consistent execution, capacity, and performance across all assigned IFCs.
• Drive IFC performance and operational KPIs, identifying trends and actions to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
• Lead manpower planning and team productivity, ensuring optimal resource allocation aligned with business volume and operational requirements.
• Monitor SLA, TAT, productivity, and service quality, ensuring performance remains aligned with customer and business expectations.
• Analyse operational data and prepare MIS reports, providing actionable insights for performance reviews and business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations, timely execution, and resolution of critical dependencies.
• Identify operational gaps and drive corrective actions, ensuring timely closure, sustainable improvements, and prevention of recurring issues.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or retail chain Operations.
• Strong operational and business acumen with experience managing KPIs, SLAs, productivity, TAT, quality, and cost.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
• Proven team leadership and manpower planning experience across multiple teams or operational sites.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume operations.
• Amenable to travel anywhere within Rizal.
