Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking to optimize warehouse operations in Bulacan, Philippines. The role focuses on end-to-end warehouse activities including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, with emphasis on meeting SLAs and maintaining quality standards.

You will lead and train the store team, coordinate with planning and transport groups, and ensure safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance while monitoring inventory and costs through MIS reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control
• Lead, train & manage the store team
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost)
