Job summary

Belo Medical Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (Area HRBP) to serve as the primary HR partner for an assigned cluster of clinics. You will be the key link between our Human Capital Management team and clinic-level operations, providing hands-on HR support across recruitment, employee relations, compensation and payroll, engagement, learning, performance management, and HR compliance.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who can work independently, partner with business

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Experience across recruitment, compensation & payroll, ER, L&D, performance and compliance.
• Healthcare/multi-site service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinic and cluster managers on workforce planning and staffing priorities.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR concerns and escalate complex cases.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on local hiring and onboarding.
• Support payroll, attendance, timekeeping, benefits, and HR data accuracy.
• Manage employee relations, exit interviews, engagement initiatives.
• Support learning programs and performance management across clinics.
• Monitor DOLE/DOH compliance and provide HR metrics to HCM Head.
• Conduct regular site visits across the cluster.
