Job summary

Company Confidential in the Health, Wellness & Fitness sector seeks an Area Manager to oversee seven branches in the North region, ensuring strong operations and top-tier customer service. The role emphasizes coaching branch leaders and maintaining compliance with SOPs across sites.

You will monitor KPIs, drive retention, and resolve escalations while coordinating with facilities on equipment and connectivity. Flex start times and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple branches or locations.
• Proven coaching, mentoring and people-first leadership.
• Strong operations background with KPI review ability.
• Willing to travel between branches as needed.
• Familiarity with customer service excellence and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 7 branches in the North region, ensuring operational quality and customer service.
• Coach and develop branch managers and supervisors, growing team capability.
• Coordinate with facilities on equipment/connectivity escalations.
• Ensure service delivery quality, inventory management, and SOP adherence.
• Monitor sales retention, customer satisfaction, and complaint resolution against targets.
• Review KPIs and propose action plans when targets are missed.
• Travel between branches as needed.
