Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Experience in healthcare or multi-site environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinic managers on workforce planning and staffing.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR concerns.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on hiring and onboarding.
• Support payroll, attendance, and benefits.
• Manage employee relations cases and engagement initiatives.
• Support training, compliance tracking, and performance management.
• Monitor labor regulations and maintain HR records.
• Conduct regular site visits across clinics.
