• Lead and manage a portfolio of CBRE accounts, ensuring commitments are met.
• Recruit, coach and mentor Contract Managers within the portfolio.
• Ensure optimal resource levels across contracts, balancing cost with service excellence.
• Foster collaboration with country and regional peers to share best practices.
• Oversee onboarding and development plans across contracts.
• Promote high employee engagement through recognition and rewards.
• Drive governance, QHSE, and safety across the portfolio.
• Lead the mobilisation of new contracts with smooth handover.
