Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking an Area General Manager to lead a portfolio of facilities management client accounts and ensure strong operational performance, safety, and client satisfaction. The AGM will oversee Contract Managers, drive profitability, and champion CBRE's values across the portfolio.

You will mentor leaders, manage staffing and succession, and maintain key client relationships through regular site visits, governance reviews, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Facilities Management (FM) or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Coaching and talent development capability.
• Confident presenter and client-facing leader.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen.
• Advanced financial and commercial management skills.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Contract Managers.
• Ensure adequate staffing, succession planning, and employee development.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
• Promote collaboration and CBRE's RISE values across the portfolio.
• Ensure contracts meet all regulatory, safety, quality, and customer requirements.
• Drive a strong QHSE culture.
• Conduct governance reviews, audits, and client satisfaction programs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and regularly visit sites.
• Own full portfolio P&L performance.
