Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in General Trade, Field Sales, or Distributor Management (FMCG preferred)
- Strong understanding of wholesaler and sari-sari store operations
- Skilled in market surveying, merchandising, and activation management.
- Field-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel and work in assigned territories.
- With own motorcycle and valid Driver’s License
- Willing to work either (8am –5pm) or (9am – 6pm), Mon–Fri
Responsibilities
1. Market Development & Route Expansion
- Conduct market surveys to evaluate area potential and competition.
- Identify and open new wholesalers/jobbers in target zones.
- Establish and optimize routing systems for coverage expansion.
- Link new accounts to jobbers for sustainable replenishment and volume growth.
2. Trade Marketing Execution
- Serve as the trade marketing conduit to ensure program implementation at store level.
- Supervise POSM installation and maintenance in covered stores.
- Recommend and help execute community activations such as school, terminal, or barangay events.
3. Merchandising & Sales Fundamentals (APACSO Framework)
- A – Availability: Ensure consistent presence of key SKUs.
- P – Price Compliance: Maintain adherence to SRP in all outlets.
- A – Assortment/Merchandising: Secure proper product display, assortment, and shelf visibility.
- C – Chiller Presence: Ensure product inclusion and visibility in chillers.
- S – Share of Visible Inventory: Maximize display share and off-location visibility.
- O – Order Generation: Drive repeat orders through jobbers to ensure steady stock flow.
4. Relationship Building & Field Support
- Maintain close coordination with jobber sales teams and key outlet owners.
- Provide regular feedback on market dynamics, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Support in sales blitzes, display contests, and local trade marketing initiatives.
