• Coordinates Shipments with forwarder
• Coordinates with the sales team by managing orders, filing important documents, and tracking the quotas and goals
• Responds to client questions regarding their account or sales products
• Works with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design, production, and financing to optimize sales
• Attends exhibitions in and out of the country if needed
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
