Job summary

Tao Foods Company Inc. in Pasig invites an energetic Sales/Business Development professional to join our on-site team. You will lead growth with dealers and distributors, drive sell-in and sell-out, and pursue new business opportunities for our rice products.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Agriculture with 1–3 years in FMCG sales. Travel to field sites in Metro Manila may be required as you expand our market presence and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development of rice products.
• Strong sales background in FMCG, rice, or agricultural products.
• Experience in handling dealerships and distributorship operations.
• Ability to develop and expand business opportunities in new markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for field work (South - Metro Manila).

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets.
