Job summary

Maya Bank is hiring in the Philippines for a senior sales/partnerships role focusing on generating leads, closing accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships within Maya’s business units.

You will communicate, pitch and manage partnership concepts that drive actual implementations and measurable outcomes, while developing insights-led programs to support Maya's growth in Quezon City and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of sales and marketing experience.
• Field sales or merchant acquisition experience required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, close accounts, maintain relationships for Maya business.
• Communicate, pitch and manage projects concepts with potential partners that lead to implementation.
• Implement partnerships programs to meet Maya’s short and long-term goals.
• Organize and plan projects in a timely and efficient manner.
• Evaluate impact of marketing programs to measure effectiveness.
