Job summary

My Offshore Team is seeking a Production Estimator to support Western Australian residential projects from our Makati office (hybrid/remote options). The role focuses on cost management, material take-offs, scheduling, and margin control across single to multi-unit homes for Australian clients.

Ideal candidates have WA market experience, strong MS Excel skills, and proficiency with Archicad/BOQ software. The position offers full-time work with competitive compensation and remote work flexibility

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years direct WA residential housing market experience.
Proven background in residential production estimating and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Estimate materials and labor, generate Bills of Quantities, issue POs for partners and display home projects.
Compute early-stage costs for base models, custom designs, and variations.
Review drawings, specs, contracts to ensure deal integrity before site start.
Perform cost and margin analyses to identify efficiency improvements.
Ensure estimates and orders comply with NCC, WA building codes, and margin targets.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve pricing and ordering issues.
