About the role

As an Arcade Technician at Gulf Leisure and Entertainment Network Corporation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the arcade machines that provide entertainment and enjoyment to our customers. Based in Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you working on-site to ensure our arcade games are in top working condition at all times.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing regular maintenance and servicing of arcade machines to identify and address any technical issues

2. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning arcade machines, including fixing hardware and software problems

3. Updating and upgrading arcade systems and components as required

4. Ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed when working on the arcade machines

5. Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs carried out

6. Collaborating with the wider operations team to identify opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as an arcade technician or in a similar role within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry

2. Strong technical skills and knowledge of arcade machine mechanics, electronics, and software

3. Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues with arcade machines

4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

5. Commitment to providing high-quality work and excellent customer service

6. Flexibility to work on a full-time basis, including evenings and weekends as required
