Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring an AR Specialist to manage revenue accounting, billing and refunds in a remote, full-time role based in Metro Manila.

You will keep AR ledgers accurate, review payments, post invoices in Dynamics, and resolve aging debt with diligence. The position offers above-market compensation and day-one healthcare.

Qualifications

• Timely and accurate processing/posting of invoices, credit notes, payments, and customer refunds
• Work on Jira tickets daily to meet internal service level agreements
• Raise and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Perform other related duties as assigned by AR leads and managers

Responsibilities

Revenue Accounting

• Maintain the accuracy of the AR ledger and collections
• Highlight D2C billing problems and aged debtors to leads promptly
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the team

Billing & Payments

• Review and allocate payments received via bank transfer and other methods
• Update order status to "Booked" to proceed the order flow and monitor all payment methods stuck on pending status
• Ensure that all shipped orders are captured (to trigger an invoice) in PSPs (e.g., Klarna, Payolution)
• Cancel orders with no payments received
• Monitor pending payments and order statuses
• Download and validate payment files from PSP/Marketplace
• Prepare working file for settlement posting in Dynamics (ERP)
• Familiarity with PSPs and e‑commerce transactions

Refunds

• Process refunds and discounts to end customers with a high level of accuracy
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Billing and Refunds Manager

Qualifications
