Job summary

Qualifications

• Responsible for account cleanups / reconciliations such as settlements, matching, refunds, credit memos, and flagging unusual data
• Timely and accurate processing/posting of invoices, credit notes, payments, and customer refunds
• Work on Jira tickets daily to meet internal service level agreements
• Raise and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Perform other related duties as assigned by AR leads and managers

Responsibilities

• Revenue Accounting: Maintain the accuracy of the AR ledger and collections
• Billing & Payments: Review and allocate payments received via bank transfer and other methods
• Refunds: Process refunds and discounts to end customers with a high level of accuracy
