Job summary

TP in the Philippines is seeking a Cash Application Specialist to ensure accurate posting and allocation of customer payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve unapplied cash within our Order-to-Cash shared services framework.

You will collaborate with Credit, Billing, and Dispute Resolution teams, support month-end close with clear audit trails, and uphold SOX controls while meeting SLAs. Candidates with 1–4 years in AR/Cash Applications and strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with AR and O2C processes.
• Experience with tier-1 ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SOX controls.
• Strong Excel with lookups and pivots.

Responsibilities

• Process, match, and post incoming customer remittances via multiple channels.
• Review remittance advices against invoices for accurate matching in ERP.
• Maintain daily receipt logs and clear funds per deadlines.
• Investigate unapplied or misplaced receipts.
• Coordinate with Credit, Collections, Billing, Dispute Resolution and clients to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform bank-to-ledger reconciliations and assist month-end close.
• Generate reporting on open items and cash flow trends.
