Qualifications

• Experience in invoicing and posting to ERP systems.
• Ability to reconcile billing discrepancies and coordinate with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, print, and issue sales invoices, SOAs, and billing notices.
• Reconcile billable service work orders, delivery receipts, and contract terms.
• Post and update billing entries into accounting systems (e.g., SAP).
• Contact clients to follow up on pending and overdue accounts.
• Monitor post-dated checks (PDCs) and process receipts on payment.
• Coordinate with clients to address billing disputes and payment plans.
• Maintain AR aging reports and collection logs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection summaries.
• Maintain clean customer master files and contract documentation.
