Who Gives A Crap is seeking an AR & AP Lead in the Philippines to drive accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, supervise two direct reports, and partner with the wider Financial Operations team to keep books accurate and suppliers paid on time. You will focus on timely month-end close, risk identification, and KPI reporting to support donations and growth of the mission.

Qualifications

• Must have strong reconciliation accuracy.
• Proven experience in AR and AP management.
• Experience coordinating a small team and reporting to senior finance.
• Ability to build KPIs and reporting for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Pull monthly AR ageing reports for CFO and exec team.
• Review weekly payments file before approval.
• Flag at-risk customer accounts and coordinate with customer-facing team.
• Close the books accurately at month-end and mitigate risks.
