Job summary

Who Gives A Crap is seeking an AR & AP Lead to drive accounts receivable and accounts payable operations in collaboration with two direct reports and the Financial Operations team. You will keep books accurate and ensure timely payments from customers and to suppliers to maximise donations.

You will lead month-end close, develop KPIs, and champion process improvements while coaching a small team and communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation skills.
• Ability to build and monitor AR ageing and cash flow.
• Strong month-end close and reporting discipline.
• Effective coaching and development of a small team.
• Clear communication with stakeholders across finance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR & AP operations and process improvements.
• Ensure timely payments from customers and to suppliers.
• Maintain accurate books and monthly close reporting.
• Prepare AR ageing and cash flow analyses for CFO and exec team.
• Coach and manage two direct reports and collaborate with the Financial Operations team.
