Job summary

Who Gives A Crap is seeking an AR & AP Lead to drive accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, partnering with a small team and the broader Financial Operations group. You will ensure books are accurate, customers pay on time, and suppliers are paid promptly to maximise donation impact.

You will manage AR ageing, review payments, and address risks early while collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to improve KPIs and reporting.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with accurate reconciliations.
• Experience in AR/AP processes and month-end close.
• Ability to manage a small team and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly AR ageing reports for CFO and exec team with a plan to chase aged amounts.
• Review weekly payments file and funding summary before approval.
• Flag at-risk customer accounts and coordinate with customer-facing teams.
• Close books accurately at month-end and escalate risks early.
• Coordinate with AP Coordinator to streamline AP processes.
