Job summary

Acquire Intelligence, a global outsourcer, is hiring an Accounts Receivable Team Lead in the Philippines to oversee daily AR operations, ensure timely collections, and mentor the AR team. You will drive cash flow accuracy and collaborate with internal departments to support financial controls.

Ideal candidates have AR/finance operations experience, prior team leadership, and proficiency with SAP/NetSuite and advanced Excel; BPO/SSC background is preferred for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong English language skills and clear written/verbal communication.
• Accounting or Finance qualification with finance operations experience.
• Proven Accounts Receivable experience and/or broader finance operations.
• Previous Team Lead or supervisory experience in a BPO/Shared Services.
• Experience with SAP or NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements and efficiency.
• Comfort with Australian financials is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day AR operations, ensuring timely collections and accurate cash posting.
• Lead AR staff, assign workload, review performance, and provide coaching.
• Monitor aging, ensure timely collections, and manage account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support cash flow and controls.
• Support audits and drive AR process improvements and ERP enhancements.
