You will apply receipts, research unidentified payments, and maintain daily cash records while supporting monthly AR meetings and reporting. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

The role requires a degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics and 0–1 year of finance experience, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 0–1 year of work experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Basic understanding of finance concepts and principles.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer payments accurately and timely per SLAs.
• Apply receipts to open balances; rectify errors.
• Download remittance details and apply payments accordingly.
• Research unidentified payments with Cash Collectors for correct posting.
• Maintain a daily cash receipt file with processing times.
• Respond to inquiries about payment status.
• Create and distribute monthly AR reports.
• Attend Monthly AR Meetings and discuss on-account/suspense payments.
• Review and update desktop procedures.
