Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Account Manager to support the back-end operations of a growing commercial insurance practice in the Philippines. You will manage policy documents and client records in the agency management system, serve as a liaison with underwriters, and help free producers to focus on selling.

Responsibilities include handling policy processing, data accuracy, scheduling, and proactive communication with underwriters.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Property & Casualty CSR or account management experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial insurance lines.
• Experience using an agency management system (QQ Catalyst, Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft).
• Strong phone and written English communication.
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Self-reliant, meticulous and consistent output.
• Professional, client-ready communication.

• Process incoming policies and save them to the correct client records in the agency management system (QQ Catalyst).
• Update policy information, client details, and account data accurately and on time.
• Run back-end agency operations, including emails, document handling, and scheduling.
• Communicate with underwriters by phone and email to support quoting and submissions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with underwriters and carrier contacts.
• Support commercial lines accounts such as workers' compensation, business auto, and general liability.
• Organize and maintain client files, policy records, and account documentation.
• Follow up on pending items and flag issues or missing information to the agent.
• Keep the agency management system clean, current, and well organized.

Job Summary:

We're freeing our producers to sell with an experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Account Manager to support the back-end operations of a growing commercial insurance agency. You will manage policy documents and client records in our agency management system, keep the agency organized, and serve as a point of contact with underwriters. Hands-on P&C agency experience and the ability to take work off the producer's plate, so they can focus on selling, will make you a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming policies and save them to the correct client records in the agency management system (QQ Catalyst)
• Update policy information, client details, and account data accurately and on time

• Experience using an agency management system (e.g., QQ Catalyst, Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft)
• Strong phone and written English communication skills
• Strong data entry and record-keeping accuracy
• Self-reliant, meticulous, and consistent in your output
• Strong communication skills and a professional, client-ready manner

Preferred Skills:

• Direct experience with QQ Catalyst
• Experience communicating with underwriters and building carrier relationships
• Familiarity with commercial insurance quoting, submissions, and policy servicing workflows
• Experience with certificates of insurance, endorsements, and renewals
• Skilled at handling several accounts and priorities at the same time
• Comfort learning new systems and processes quickly
