Responsabilités

• Answer support tickets and user calls, manage issues by priority per SLAs.
• Monitor application health, server alerts and log files.
• Diagnose software failures, database glitches, and network problems.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to triage bugs and test updates.
• Document recurring problems and their solutions in the knowledge base.
