Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service Desk Support: Answer support tickets and user calls, manage issues by priority, and follow SLAs.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose software failures, database glitches, and network connectivity problems.
• Collaboration: Partner with senior engineers and developers to elevate complex bugs and test new software updates.
• Documentation: Record recurring problems and their solutions in the internal knowledge base.
