Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.
• Experience in technical support or merchant support roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, SOAP/REST APIs, databases, version control, Postman, CloudWatch.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA or FreshDesk.
• Strong English communication and detail-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist L2 Application Support team members with complex inquiries and provide solutions.
• Perform minor code changes and updates to ensure platform stability and functionality.
• Respond to technical questions and concerns raised by clients and merchants in a timely manner.
• Understand the IT department's roles and escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support when necessary.
• Prepare and submit incident or investigation service reports to document technical issues and resolutions.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Paynamics products and services and propose innovative ways to improve business operations.
