Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Level 2 Support engineer in Manila to provide excellent technical support and customer service. You will coordinate with engineering and QA teams to resolve application issues, monitor systems, and document root causes.

The role requires knowledge of IIS, SQL Server, Azure, and C# basics, with strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-growing environment. Onsite five days a week during probation is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and HTTP tools like Postman.
• Ability to learn employer-specific software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Level 2 technical support and customer service.
• Coordinate with support and development teams to resolve issues.
• Design and maintain expertise in application processes and systems.
• Administer and resolve application issues, provide updates and RCA.
• Monitor alerts and provide proactive services.
• Maintain relationships with engineering and customer support.
• Organize small- to medium-sized projects under Software Engineers.
• Assist with processes under Software Engineer guidance.
• Perform root-cause assessment and debug server-domain issues.
• Coordinate with test department on releases and deployments.
• Document issues and solutions; manage production systems.
• Prepare reports on problems and recommend optimizations.
• Identify and resolve medium to high complexity issues.
