Job summary

Candidates should have strong English communication, knowledge of IIS/Apache, .NET experience, and cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS). This role emphasizes problem solving, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support or IT helpdesk
• Experience with MySQL / SQL Server 2008 R2 or newer
• Ability to write SQL queries and review tables
• Powershell scripting experience
• Knowledge of installing and maintaining IIS and Apache
• Experience with .NET applications preferred
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ are a benefit
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Azure and/or AWS support experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems of assigned cases
• Create and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts
• Write SQL queries and understand database structures
• Participate in group problem-solving meetings to overcome issues
• Research and solve complex issues
• Work with team lead to meet SLA and customer requirements
• Test and verify product functionality to reproduce customer issues
• Document failure and solution details within cases
