Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 1–2 years in application or technical support, preferably in BPO/shared services.
• Troubleshooting with root cause identification for system issues.
• Experience logging, tracking, resolving, and escalating incidents within SLA.
• Basic to intermediate SQL querying for data validation.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and alert handling.
• Ability to adapt new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and requests in a timely manner within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to address issues.
• Validate data using SQL queries during problem investigations.
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts to prevent downtime.
