Job summary

Inspi ro is seeking an Application Support professional in Makati, Philippines, to provide technical assistance and incident resolution, ensuring timely escalation and alignment with SLA targets. The role focuses on monitoring, data validation, and coordination with clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar BPO/shared services environment, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with SQL querying and ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in application support or technical support, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Ability to perform technical problem resolution, including troubleshooting and root cause identification for system issues.
• Experience in ticket management systems (e.g., logging, tracking, resolving, and escalating incidents within SLA).
• Working knowledge of incident and service request management processes, ensuring timely resolution and proper prioritization.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases and SQL querying for data validation and issue investigation.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and ability to identify and respond to system alerts and anomalies.
• Understanding of existing and emerging technologies, with the ability to adapt and apply tools that improve operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
