Job summary

Inspiro in Cebu seeks an Application Support specialist with 1–2 years of technical support experience, proficient in troubleshooting, incident management, and SQL data validation. You will work with .NET and C#, refine legacy code, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure service reliability.

Bachelor's degree is required; knowledge of MSSQL, system monitoring, and AI/ML features for business apps is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in application or technical support, preferably in a BPO/shared services environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes for system issues.
Experience with ticket management systems and incident management process.
Basic to intermediate SQL and database knowledge for data validation.
Familiarity with system monitoring and responding to alerts.
Ability to learn new technologies and apply tools to improve operations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

Will perform application and technical support, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes.
Manage incidents and requests, logging, tracking, and escalating within SLA.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
