Job summary

IT Managers, Inc. seeks an Application Manager to oversee end-to-end application lifecycle, from planning through deployment and production support. You will coordinate with technical and business stakeholders and drive project activities across teams.

The role focuses on AWS-based applications, incident and change management, and collaboration in a hybrid work setup with onsite requirements at BGC.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing enterprise applications.

• Experience in Agile environments.
• Ability to manage application projects from planning through deployment and production support.
• Banking/Insurance/Financial services exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end application lifecycle from development to production support.
• Lead application-related projects with timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Manage incidents, changes, and releases for applications.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, QA, security, and business teams.
• Monitor performance, availability, and stability of applications.
• Support AWS-based applications and cloud environments.
• Coordinate AWS deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ensure security, access management, and compliance of applications.
• Conduct RCA investigations and coordinate resolution.
• Manage vendors and third-party providers when needed.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and status documents.
• Ensure ITSM/SDLC/change-release processes are followed.

• Ensure proper application security, access management, and compliance.
• Conduct issue investigation and coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution.
• Manage vendors and third-party service providers when applicable.
• Prepare project updates, application reports, documentation, and status reports.
• Ensure application activities follow established ITSM, SDLC, and change/release management processes.
• Support production releases and critical application issues as needed.
