Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our hybrid environment in BGC, Taguig. In this full-time role, you will provide timely support for business applications, participate in releases, and drive improvements across incident and problem management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in application or production support, strong SQL Server experience, familiarity with Snowflake, and knowledge of Agile methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in application or production support or related technical role.
• Strong experience with relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server; Snowflake is a plus.
• Experience in incident and problem management.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience with release management and software/engineering environments.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest or hands-on learning in AI.

Work Setup: Hybrid – 3x onsite per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely support and resolution for business application issues.

• Support application releases and transitions from development to production.

• Drive process improvements and optimize application support operations.

• Help automate manual processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

• Coordinate with stakeholders on incidents, problems, and escalations.

• Support operational and service-related initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application support, production support, or a related technical role.

• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
