Job summary

QIAGEN invites a Senior Sales Coordinator to enable commercial success across the APEC region. You will coordinate sales operations, quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer requests while ensuring alignment with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.

You will manage Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP reporting, monitor contracts and compliance, and drive process improvements to enhance visibility and performance. A Bachelor's degree and fluent English are required, with advanced Excel skills, and a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, or equivalent.
• Experience in sales coordination, sales operations, contract administration, or similar.
• Experience coordinating workflows in a regional, matrix, or multi-country organization.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP reporting, dashboards, and data validation.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics with the ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales operations activities across APEC markets, ensuring timely quotations, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Manage Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP reporting, dashboards, data validation, and data quality initiatives.
• Coordinate preparation, tracking, renewal monitoring, and compliance of sales contracts and reagent-rental agreements with audit-ready documentation.
• Serve as operational partner between Sales, Finance, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Legal, and regional stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, governance processes, SOP maintenance, and capability-building in Sales Coordination.
• Drive process improvements to strengthen efficiency, reporting quality, and compliance across the region.
• Foster collaboration across functions and markets for consistent execution and service excellence.
