CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a Branch Service Head to oversee the Jagna Regional Business Center, driving service excellence and operational effectiveness in line with corporate standards.

You will lead Service Personnel, supervise loan documentation processes, and implement policies while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to lending guidelines. Strong communication and business acumen are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business.
• With experience in DepEd Lending industry handling Loans Operations.
• With good communication skills, presentation and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure business service and operational objectives are met or exceeded.
• Ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of assigned Regional Business Center Service Personnel.
• Ensure excellent customer service according to corporate standards.
• Ensure loan documents for new, renewed and extended loans are complete and accurate.
• Implement company policies within the territory and approve loans within credit authority.

Job description

Responsible for the overall conduct of business and operational effectiveness and efficiency of

his assigned Regional Business Center as well as Service Personnel to meet established objectives.

As a Branch Service Head, she will be responsible for the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in ensuring that the business service and operational objectives of his assigned Regional Business Center are met or exceeded by effectively implementing approved service and operational strategies.
• Responsible in ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of assigned Regional Business Center Service Personnel.
• Ensure excellent customer service according to the established corporate standards.
• Ensures daily that loan documents of newly booked, renewed and/or extended loans such as Promissory Notes, Disclosure Statements, Amortization schedules are complete and accurately filled.
• Implements company policies and procedures within the assigned territory and sees to it that they are properly complied with. 6. Acts as Approver of loan within his/her credit authority limit.
